General Surveying Examples

 

 

We were originally called to this site to carry out a survey to see if it would be possible to keep the existing structure and convert it into a domestic property. This we did and reported such. Three years later once planning permission was obtained we were asked to return and propose a remedial scheme to repair the existing cracking and prevent any future movement. We were able to do this without the need for underpinning or large scale rebuilding of the existing walls.

 

The property below had been given planning permission to convert into visitor accommodation. It had suffered some excessive movement. A structural report was compiled and advice provided about the repair and refurbishment of the property. The property was restored to a high standard without demolition. The roof, of course, had to be replaced.
