At the completion of an extended five year TMC both the contractor, our client, and the Highways agency required comfort that the invoicing and payments processes were completely auditable and transparent.
We delved into five years’ worth of works orders, applications, certificates, payment advices, credit notes, banking and VAT and, with a small team analysed the whole of this contract in the space of three months.
As a result of our efforts clarity was achieved, our efforts were commended and our client achieved a £200k uplift in his financial position.
