Structural and Building Regulations Calculations
From a new support beam required to allow for the removal of a wall to a portal frame for an individual building, from modifications to a roof for a new dormer window to a steel and pre-cast concrete frame for high rise buildings and reinforced concrete raft foundations - Schofields has the experience and a range of computer aided design applications to provide the best design solution.
Structural Reports and Surveys
We already undertake a wide range of surveys and reports from structural and building to condition and dilapidation. These are all, unless specifically requested, non destructive visual surveys.
Party Wall Surveys
We act as Party Wall Surveyors under The 1996 Party Wall Act and provide the full range of services by the Act.
