Structural Reports and Surveys
We already undertake a wide range of surveys and reports from structural and building to condition and dilapidation. We now include Home Condition Reports (HCR's) for Home Information packs as part of our on-going expansion of services. These are all, unless specifically requested, non destructive visual surveys.
Party Wall Surveys
We act as Party Wall Surveyors under The 1996 Party Wall Act and provide the full range of services by the Act.
Energy Assessors
Schofields now offer Standard Assessment Procedure (SAP) assessments for new-build properties with our own SAP and reduced SAP accredited assessor. Schofields also provide the checks and consult on methods of improving a residential property's Dwelling Energy Rating, which has been required since 1st June 2007 for every residential property that is marketed for sale.
